Try (and give it some time consistently) changing your thoughts about your body and your choices of “feeding” it. State what you want to be true and keep thanking God that this is the way it is – calling those things as though they were, though they be not – until they become true.
Listed below are some examples that I have used. Adapt / change and make them “your” words, thoughts and feelings.
This is very powerful and does work as long as it becomes a way of life and “real” in your mind and spirit.
I now choose to only eat food that is good for my body.
I no longer crave junk food and drinks.
My body absorbs the nutrients in all that I take in and the rest moves right on out.
My body maintains a good and healthy weight for me.
I thank my body for all it does for me.
I love and am grateful that I have life and choose to treat myself with love and care.
This concept will also work for other “issues”, attitudes and emotions that you would like to be free of. For example:
I am no longer a smoker.
I do not enjoy smoking / vaping and choose to treat my body with respect.
I am no longer craving any kind of chemicals, pot, drugs, or anything that alters my perception.
I am choosing a positive attitude over negative ones, focusing only on the good in others and in my life.
I am living from a perspective of being thankful for every good thing and for the others in my life who care about me, and who I care about.
I am now choosing to treat myself and others with love, respect and to care about them and all they / we are going through.
I can do all things with God’s help who will give me the strength to make any changes and get through anything, when I stop to ask and then receive His love.
