Some days all I can muster up to do
Is say a prayer that comes with a deep groaning within my heart
Dear God I need to be able to see you as a father both for myself and the ones I love – those I am hurting and scared for
Help me to remember that you love them even more than I do
Let me “know” you do care about them.
I’m asking that you send angels of protection to be around them
That you send the “right” person to be able to reach them and help them get back on their “right” path
Help me know that you hear my prayer along with the longings in their heart that only you know
I accept and receive that you can and will answer these prayers / request brought to you
And now I leave them with you to take care of!
